Planning

• Understand your business workflow, needs and goals
• Develop a solution that meets the needs of your business, fits your budget, and integrates with existing systems

Implementation

• Set up and design the Maximizer database to meet your needs
• Import any existing customer data if necessary
• Install and set up software for all users
• Install and configure software on servers and workstations
• Set up synchronization for laptop users, satellite offices and PDAs
  

Training

• Provide administrative and end-user training for all levels and abilities

Support

• Provide support remotely by telephone and email
• Provide on-site support upon request
